Neun Flow provides tools and a platform for real estate professionals to manage leads, listings, and customer relationships, and a public-facing directory where visitors can discover properties and agents. The operator responsible for this application may be contacted at sales@neuntek.com.

2. Information we collect

• Directory & listings. Property details you see on our site (including descriptions, location areas, media, pricing bands, and agent attribution) come from our CRM sync and are stored in our central directory to power search and public pages.
• Agent & broker profiles. Names, photos, and contact details shown on public broker pages are provided by subscribing professionals or their organisation.
• Enquiries & callbacks. When you request a callback or submit a form on a property or broker page, we collect the information you provide (such as name, phone number, and message) to route the lead to the relevant agent or tenant workspace.
• Account & CRM usage. If you use the Neun Flow mobile app or connected CRM, we process account, profile, activity, and content data needed to operate those features (authentication, listings, follow-ups, documents, integrations you enable).
• Technical data. IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps—for security, analytics, and improving performance.
• Cookies & similar technologies. We use cookies and local storage where needed for session security, preferences, and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

• To display and search public properties and agent profiles.
• To deliver enquiries to the correct agent or organisation and to follow up on legitimate business requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform; detect abuse; and comply with law.
• To send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates (you can opt out of marketing where applicable).
• To power optional features such as social integrations, AI-assisted tools, or notifications when you choose to use them.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we rely on appropriate grounds such as performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing our platform, analytics, and directory operations), consent (e.g. certain cookies or marketing), or legal obligation.

5. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Real estate professionals & tenants you interact with (e.g. your enquiry is shared with the listing agent).
• Service providers who host infrastructure, send email, provide analytics, payments, or support—under strict confidentiality and processing terms.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution requirements. Directory rows may be updated or removed when listings are unpublished or accounts are closed, subject to backup and sync delays.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful sharing of credentials.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to data portability. To exercise these rights or ask questions, email sales@neuntek.com.

If you are a visitor who only browsed the site, most rights apply to data tied to identifiable enquiries or accounts you created.

9. Third-party links & integrations

Our site or app may link to third-party sites (e.g. social networks, maps). Their privacy policies govern those services. Features you connect (such as social publishing) are subject to those providers’ terms and permissions you grant.

10. Children

Neun Flow is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
